This NHRA-legal driveshaft safety loop fits 1978–1996 GM B-bodies and replaces the factory brace with no drilling or welding. Made from 0.250" steel with CNC mounts and full MIG welds, it installs in ~20 mins. Hardware included.
This drive shaft safety loop is NHRA legal and designed specifically for the 1978-1996 GM B-body. It is a bolt-in application that replaces the factory chassis brace without the need for welding or drilling. This safety loop is essential for tracks that require vehicles running faster than 13.99 in the quarter mile. The loop is constructed of 0.250" thick mild steel, with CNC machined mounting points for a precise fit. It is fully MIG welded for superior strength.
