UMI’s 2-point tubular bolt-in sub-frame connector for 2005–2010 Mustangs boosts handling and cuts noise without welding. Built from strong DOM tubing, it fits tightly under the floor and suits various racing applications.
The first and only 2-point tubular bolt-in sub-frame connector for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang is now available from UMI Performance. This set up is designed to tie the front and rear sub-frames together using bolt-in hardware supplied and requires no welding or drilling! Sub-frame connectors improve your vehicles handling ability while reducing squeaks, dash rattles and quarter panel flexing. This set-up is designed for auto-cross, road race as well as drag race applications. By connecting the front and rear sub-frames together this allows better weight transfer for improved traction and straighter launches. This set-up tucks tight against the floor using strong DOM tubing, causes no ground clearance loss and can not be seen from the side of the vehicle.
- Constructed of 1.750” x 0.120” DOM mild steel tubing
- Mounting plates are CNC machined from 3/16” thick mild steel
- Tubular design allows for a tighter fit against the vehicle's undercarriage
