RockJock CE-91107-BDL-4P - Greaseable Bolt w/ Hardware 9/16 Inch Thread X 4 Inch Long 4-pack 4x4
RockJock's Greasable Bolts have been a staple in our Johnny Joint product line since it's inception in 1996! These bolts are used in many applications to grease Johnny Joint rod ends from the inside out (when the joint is equipped with an internally greasable pivot ball).
Additionally, these bolt are used in leaf spring shackles, leaf spring main eye bushings as well as many, many other universal applications!
All greasable bolts start out as a high quality grade 8 bolt, are rifle drilled to the center of the length of the bolt, cross drilled to allow the grease to escape and are fitted with a zerk fitting on their head for easy maintenance.
This Greaseable Bolt 4-Pack features 4 of our 9/16 in.-18 thread bolts that are 4 in. overall length and include 2 grade 8 flat washers, a locking stover nut and a 1/4 in.-28 thread zerk fitting.

Greasable Bolts Include:
- (4) 9/16 in.-18 x 4 in. long bolt with zerk fitting
- (8) Grade 8 flat washer
- (4) 9/16 in.-18 locking stover nut
Greasable Bolts Feature:
- Gun drilling of bolts (half their length) to provide grease passage
- Cross drilling to allow passage for grease to escape
- Zerk fitted heads for easy maintenance
Notes:
- Johnny Joints require non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease such as our CE-9013G
- Important - joints require greasing at normal intervals, but they do not hold a lot of grease! Over greasing can cause damage to the joint. To prevent damage, use only a hand pump grease gun, do not expect the joint to take a lot of grease and DO NOT use pneumatic or electric grease guns!
