QA1 R906N Narrowed QA1 9in. Housing for 73-87 C10 2WD with QA1 Rear Suspension Fits 73-87 C10, 2WD WITH QA1 REAR SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Upgrade your 1973-1987 Chevrolet C10 Squarebody with a QA1 narrowed 9-inch housing and axle kit, designed exclusively for use with the QA1 Rear Torque Arm Suspension System. The 57-1/8" wheel mounting surface width is 6-1/2" narrower than factory, providing an additional 3-1/4" per side for mini-tubs and wider wheel and tire combinations. MORE WHEEL OPTIONS, BETTER FITMENT The narrowed housing gives you greater flexibility in wheel width, backspacing and offset, making it easier to fit wider wheels and tires under your Squarebody. The kit includes a 9-inch housing and 31-spline axles with Big Ford New Style Torino housing ends, a 2.5" axle offset and dual 5x4.75" and 5x5" bolt patterns for compatibility with a wide range of brake and wheel combinations. BUILT FOR QA1 REAR TORQUE ARM SUSPENSION This housing and axle kit is designed specifically for the QA1 Rear Torque Arm Suspension System for 1973-1987 C10 trucks. It is not designed as a universal replacement rear end or for use with the factory rear suspension.
