Replaces stock restrictive post MAF air intake hose with the HPS Performance high temp 4-ply reinforced silicone tube. Includes stainless steel hose clamps. No heat soak. No additional modifications are required. Retains stock air box.
This HPS 4-ply reinforced silicone air intake hose kit replaces the stock air intake hose with high-heat resistant material which meets or exceeds OE specifications for a maximum temperature rating of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. By replacing the stock tube with the HPS silicone air intake hose, dyno testing shows increased performance output of 4 horsepower and 4.1 ft-lb. of torque to improve acceleration and throttle response from mid-range to redline without sacrificing any bottom end performance. This upgrade includes HPS 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a premium fit suitable for daily driving and extreme track conditions. No modifications are required to install this kit.
