Gator Fasteners HSK60 - Ford 250/350 Super Duty 03-10 6.0L Heavy Duty Head Stud Kit

Engineered to solve chronic head gasket failures in Ford's 6.0L Power Stroke, the Gator Fasteners HD220 Head Stud Kit (HSK60) replaces weak factory bolts with high-strength HD220 alloy.

This proprietary material delivers 220,000 PSI tensile strength - surpassing standard 8740 chromoly - to handle extreme cylinder pressures from upgraded turbos and tuning modules.

Each stud features precision-rolled threads after heat treatment, preserving grain structure for maximum fatigue resistance. The black oxide finish provides corrosion protection in harsh environments, while included 12-point chromoly nuts ensure accurate torque application.

The kit includes Gator Juice assembly lube to guarantee proper clamp load development during installation.
