Please note we will only cut these on Thursdays in order to minimize fixture swapping in our machine. Please contact us if you have an urgent need for one. Custom made pulleys are not returnable.
These lower pulleys are compatible with ATI part numbers 918854 and 918856 for the LSA and LT4 (Camaro/CTS-V only) damper. They are machined from 6061 aluminum.
The pulleys are available in any size for either 8-rib, 10-rib, or 12-rib configuration up to an effective diameter of 10.5" (about 267mm). These are made 100% in house. Anodizing is available for an extra fee (and may add significant time to delivery). Please choose your rib configuration from the drop down menu, and specify the size of the pulley in the notes when placing your order. We can typically ship within one week of ordering (usually faster). Returns are not accepted on custom cut pulleys.
OEM LSA diameter is 199.93mm (7.87").
OEM LT4 diameter is 204.97mm (8.07").
