This 5th wheel safety chain anchor plate helps provide a backup connection between your truck and 5th wheel trailer. The bracket is designed to mount with your gooseneck ball in your truck bed, providing an anchoring point for your 5th wheel safety chains. This kit includes the bracket only (safety chain assembly #16613 is sold separately). It is designed to fit CrossWing models for single-point gooseneck hitches.
