At only 5.3 lbs the billet titanium bar inserts are hollowed to reduce weight and allow for a more consistent weld to the 1.5" titanium tube.The Strut Tower Brace mounts are constructed from light and strong 6061 T-6 aluminum. Alpha Engineers took the weight savings a step further and used Solidworks? CAD software in the design process to remove as much material as possible while still maintaining the highest strength possible. This bar will not fit cars with active suspension.
