Edelbrock #8551 Head Bolt Kit is for 1965-90 Big-Block Chevrolet 396-454 Mark IV Engines with Edelbrock #50459, 60459, 60479, 60499, 60559, 61459, 61559, 79539, & 79559 Performer & RPM Cylinder Heads. Not for Stock Heads.

The Edelbrock #8551 bolt kit contain a complete set of the highest quality head bolts and hardened washers available. Cold-formed to ensure molecular integrity and heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining. Reduced diameter bolt heads eliminate the need for valve train removal to facilitate cylinder head re-torqueing. Hardened and parallel-ground washers are included. Rated at 170,000 p.s.i.
