Our "Pro Series" 4340 alloy steel crankshafts are available with many value packed and high-performance enhancing features for a wide range of domestic engine applications.
- Lightweight Design: Manufactured from a premium 4340 steel forging, gun drilled mains and lightened rod journals contribute to weight reduction and optimize engine performance. Counterweights are fully profiled to ensure precise balance and stability.
- Enhanced Strength: A multi-step heat treatment process and nitriding enhance the crankshafts' strength and longevity.
- Micro-Polished Journals: Large radius journals are micro-polished to reduce friction and enhance performance.
- Rigorous Quality Assurance: Each crankshaft undergoes stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing to meet our stringent quality standards.
- Increase Displacement with a ?Stroker? Crankshaft: These crankshafts feature a 4.050? stroke which can turn your 5.7L into a 392 c.i. engine and your 6.1L/6.4L into a 426 c.i. engine.
