We are incredibly excited to announce the release of the Roush Performance Launch Edition Phase 2 Supercharger, developed in collaboration with Magnuson Superchargers, for the 2024 Ford Mustang with 5.0L Engines. There are a limited number of Launch Edition kits available now, that feature Jack Roush’s signature laser etched into the red powder coat and Proprietary Phase 2 tuning.
 
We are proud to have partnered with Roush to create a dual-throttle supercharger kit for the 2024 Ford Mustang GT outfitted with the 5.0L Coyote engine. It provides the new Mustang with 810 horsepower and 630 lb.-ft of torque, giving it 330 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque over the stock model. The Standard Phase 1 and 2 kits, set to be available later this year, will be sold directly by both Magnuson Superchargers and Roush Performance.

 

  • Dual front inlet, front drive, TVS R2650 supercharger with optimized, high flow inlet port for ultimate airflow capability
  • Reuses stock 2x 80mm throttle bodies; retains symmetrical appearance and allows for reuse of stock induction components
  • Inverted design allows for large, high efficiency, dual intercoolers for excellent heat transfer and lower intake air temperatures
  • High flow, dual cone fuel injectors with optimized director plates for ideal injector targeting
  • Custom, billet fuel rails provide maximum flow with minimum restriction, while also ensuring correct injector orientation every time
  • Custom FEAD design and hardware allow for supercharger belt to run closer to the engine to reduce load on the crankshaft for ultimate reliability and durability
  • Large front heat exchanger provides lowest possible intercooler temperatures while minimizing restriction to stock cooling module; custom design for ease of installation – does not require removal of vehicle fascia (less install time, less risk of damage)
  • Custom degas bottle provides huge volume and eliminate coolant aeration for ultimate cooling capacity
  • High flow Bosch PCE intercooler pump
  • All hoses are custom formed for ultimate ease of installation and underhood appearance
  • Kit packages under the factory hood and K-brace with no modifications (K brace does not need to be removed for installation)
  • All wiring is plug and play
  • Colder heat range, reduced gap, high quality Ford Performance spark plugs
  • Uses Roush Diagnostic Tuning software for best-in-class calibration delivery and diagnostic capability
