As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. This radiator is designed for maximum cooling efficiency and provides a 150-percent increase in coolant capacity and a 102-percent increase in surface area. To supplement our robust radiator, we've included our incredibly durable silicone radiator hose kit. This Mishimoto Silicone Radiator Hose Kit is constructed from five layers of silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers. This combination of materials provides substantially improved heat and pressure tolerance compared to the stock rubber hoses. For proper temperature regulation, we include our Mishimoto Racing thermostat. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (160F) compared to the factory thermostat (190F). The lower activation temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine earlier, reducing the risk of overheating in hot environments. For further cooling system protection, our Ultimate Bundle includes the Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank. This incredibly robust unit features stunning TIG welds, internal baffles, and an effective sight tube design. Rounding out this bundle is our direct-fit transmission cooler kit for the F-150. This cooler is a 14-row tube-and-fin transmission cooler which provides a 197-percent increase in fluid capacity over the stock cooler.
