The new Edelbrock supercharger Kit #156640 for Chevy/GMC/Cadillac trucks and SUVs is a complete redesign of our #1565 and #1566 kits featuring an all-new manifold that now houses Eaton's biggest R2650 TVS rotors with 170-degree high-twist lobes, bigger bearings and beefier timing gears for unparalleled efficiency and reliability. The Edelbrock supercharger Kit for the 6.2L V8 fits under the stock hood with absolutely no cutting or modifications required. And if you're concerned about the effect on MPG, the increase in power comes with little to no loss in fuel economy thanks to the supercharger's integrated bypass valve that mitigates parasitic power loss during normal driving. This new kit is a true bolt-on that requires no additional modifications to the stock 6.2L engine.
