We offer a number of coating options at a great price. Header coating makes your car run cooler and perform more consistently. It is not 100% necessary on a stainless header like this, but is great for someone who wants an extra edge at the track and lower cabin heat. Coating will add 2-4 weeks to normal order times. New from American Racing Headers are these stainless steel mid-length exhaust headers. Made from 304 stainless steel with Port matched flanges and 1-3/4 inch diameter primary tubes. These headers do not require Tuning as they retain the 4 Cat factory configuration and come with the 409 state CATS designed specifically for the new C7. NOTE: Four 02 Sensor Extension Harnesses Included.The C7 has arrived and without hesitation we've taken on the ARH tradition of developing the finest 100% US manufactured header systems. With multiple options that allow us to fine tune our system to match your upgrades, ARH C7 systems set the bar for quality, performance, fit and ease of installation.
Options include 1-3/4 1-7/8 or 2 primaries, merge collectors with scavenger spikes. ARH exclusive Cat Forward X-pipe location, and new to our lineup is our Severe Duty 49 State Legal Cats. The system ends at the rear axle, and is a direct fit to stock or aftermarket catbacks. For the 2014 and up C7 we also offer a second, more emissions friendly option aptly named our 1-3/4 Mid Length header system. Our Mid Length kit allows you to reuse the secondary set of factory cats combined with our Severe Duty 49 State Legal cats. Our objective with this system is to improve performance yet dramatically lower the possibility of an engine light (without a tune). The kit is a direct bolt-in made entirely in the US using 304 S/S throughout. Other features include 3/8 thick laser cut flanges with tig welded and hand ported inlets, merge collectors with scavenger spikes and ball/socket connections for a leak free seal. Expect a quick and easy install with Grade 8 hardware and Flat Out Racing gaskets.
